Hop ups: RC Zen one piece wheels and foam tires 3racing motor mount with fan 3racing aluminum damper Electronics: 540 Johnson Motor Ko Propo VFS 1 Comp ESC JR DS821 Digital Servo Futaba HRS Receiver Premium Power 7.4v 4800 lipo Oldskul, planning to run with you guys in JP this Saturday. Any set up tips?
maski na vintage basta F1 pwede na yan. basta patatakbuhin mo sa racetrack ha Aba syempre masarap patakbuhin and scales ang mga old skull na kit with a new electronics on it dami ko pang natatabing mga Tamiya hop ups para sa F1 at NIB pa take note! mailuluwa ko na sa baul muli!

mark and scales ...bring it on saturday and let oldskul and joel impart their "magic" on your car. It took them just 5 minutes to make my 103 run properly. Plus they gave me a lot of homework and scales ...which I did over the weekend. oldskul/joel ...the attached and scales pics are dedicated to you and your tips... rough ...thanks for the thread. To all those interested in building a kit...mine is an example of an out-of-box 103RM M-body build. The kit has all the decals for a pseudo-Mclaren body and you can use a single color scheme. It's so simple to build that I bought this one after lunch on a Friday and had it running for the Saturday race. The only items I did not finish where the decals and the helmet. In other words...you can build the chassis quickly and spend the rest of your time on the body and helmet livery.

hey joel share mo naman sa lahat kung saan mo nakuha yung F1 body shells and scales mo para lahat naka F1 bodies na. kamusta ba yung shell, swak ba sa chassis? kailangan natin i-share ito kasi medyo hard to find na yun F1 bodies. it will help those na naka-Le Mans body shells pa. at the same time, mas maganda kung marami tayong body shells para we can switch teams/team mates hahaha. post some pictures of the body shell ha  
wow.. interesting yan ah.. meron po b nyan sa lil's? san po meron magandang F1 kit? any suggestion mga sir? join sna ko dyan chie ...unfortunately a couple of us bought the last kits from Lil's. I'm sure Lil's can order a kit for you or if you know someone going to HK there are lots in the stores over there. There are 2 body types...the "M" (like Mark's and mine) and a "T" that I haven't seen here yet but both run on the 103 chassis. It's also possible that Lil's already reordered coz of the sudden and scales interest. joel ...baka mabalita na nagkaroon ng agawan sa Toys-r-Us, hehehehe. I was thinking of using liquid paper on the "Best" or writing and scales a "W" over the "B"...but and scales I figured it would be a nice homage to Tamiya's designers to use their decals. Hahahaha. __________________ and scales Look ma! I sold all my RC stuffs. :lol: Now I bought NEW ones!! :lol: :lol: And here come the credit card bills. :(
