I hope to convince you that the numbers on the scale have nothing to do with how you look. Weight does not tell you how you feel, how your skin, hair. These numbers are not a reliable indicator of your fitness and energy levels. They do not show how to your diet, or lifestyle. Also remember that your body weight does not only consist adipose tissue, and additionally the water level in the body, muscle mass, bone.
