I am a 15 year old school boy with great interest to the sport of bodybuilding. I know I'm still too young, but I would just get a increase some advice such as diet, routine or food supplements.

I do not know if it would make sense, but I think it could be one more day of rest. Or at least this one out to the rest of the day off. 5 days in a row is still pretty tough work out

It seems that you have relative to the standard 2 +1 training system then maybe the desire to follow it. Make the upper body and lower body + after one day of rest, and then again. If you're not exactly a reason why you do not want to workout how does the richter scale work on Fridays, Saturdays to do?
There is no reason why not doing a workout on Fridays on Saturdays, but the trouble is that I live in Hiiumaa and there's a decent gym. I have to vote for lower body workouts for ~ 30km to go to another gym. Upper body workout for a walk to the local school hall. But when school starts, I get a better start to go to the gym, where there is a whole body training all there. Putting on Wednesday after a rest day on Friday then?

If you're like most of the young fanatic, then I would suggest on the basis of their experience, and the other focusing on the development, not a workout. Perhaps no one sack (competitions), how much per week do you work out at the gym or while links. Reads the result! If weights are not constant increase and muscle mass is not growing, it's a mess. Must train wisely, not much!
Make sure to get enough protein, difficulties in putting, carbs, how does the richter scale work grams off while not having to measure and think about it. Maybe buy cottage cheese and eggs, and other necessary to get this. But do not waste money on a la pomegranate while your garden grow apples, how does the richter scale work SES
